Pet Policy

Pet Policy

  • Most recent vet records with vaccinations, breed, weight, and age required for pet approval
  • Two pets maximum permitted - two dogs, or two cats, or one cat & one dog
  • $35 monthly pet rent
  • Pet Deposit: $400 for pets under 25 lbs, $800 for pets over 25 lbs

Breed restrictions:

  • Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Collie, Doberman Pinscher, Husky, Malamute, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Akita, Mastiff, Wolf Hybrid, Cane Corso, Dogo Argentino, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier (or any such type of Pit Bull), and Belgian Malinois
  • No reptiles, amphibians, or cage animals are permitted
